Great article! How would you differentiate acceptance from giving up? For example, if you are runner and you are getting slower with age, should keep trying to get faster?
To me, accepting means that you acknowledge your age and what you can realistically do - maybe check your heart rate after a run - and then adjust accordingly. I might consider talking with a doctor or physical fitness trainer to determine the best approach. By no means give up - but cut back to a pace that is healthy.
