Over the years, when Dan was ill and after he died, I built a knowledge and experience base few have - a psychologist who was a caregiver and is now a widow. I want to share what I learned and perhaps ease your burden. With this in mind,
I have three slots available for 1-to-1 email coaching sessions for family caregivers who wish to explore solutions to their various situations.
It will cost $25 to cover the expenses, allowing me to donate the rest to the Alzheimer’s Association in Dan’s name.
Email Coaching is not about counseling but providing information and sharing thoughts based on my experience. It’s not about venting but being prepared and managing during this challenging journey.
We’ll explore things caregivers can do physically, spiritually, emotionally, psychologically, and practically to better care for themselves and make the caretaking job less stressful.
