In the last article, we discussed procrastination and how we often talk ourselves out of doing things. I mentioned the excuses I use to procrastinate. Now it’s your turn.
Two mainly - one is the lack of time, even though I have a very tight schedule, there is always the one thing that is important and takes too long - which means something else gets pushed out. Almost always it’s a thing that affects only me, as I tend to priortise those things that impact more people. The other is, I have health issues and sometimes when I honestly have a half hour that’s not over booked for something else, all I want to do is take cup of tea, and a short nap.
Hi Sharon, maybe that cup of tea and short nap were exactly what your body needed at that moment - at least that's what I tell myself when I do take a break.

Not listening well to myself!
I KNOW what I'd like to do, but I just don't take the time to listen.
Dang it!
HI Jill, I know how that goes!
