The older I get, the more I realize that my ideas and thoughts are viable and valuable. I’m beginning to listen and respond more frequently to them.

It is so hard to stick up for what you believe, or think you believe, in the face of medical "authorities." That doctor was wrong to speak to you that way, and of course it led you to act out of fear. Shame on him! This is a great explanation of our two inner voices! Thanks for this, Janice!

My intuition is getting better as I'm aging. So there's that. I'm going to work on meditation, still a struggle unless I'm swimming or hiking.
