The older I get, the more I realize that my ideas and thoughts are viable and valuable. I’m beginning to listen and respond more frequently to them.

I love this! I am the same way... still in the listening to others mode. But when I journal I finally hear my own thoughts (and intuition)!

It is so hard to stick up for what you believe, or think you believe, in the face of medical "authorities." That doctor was wrong to speak to you that way, and of course it led you to act out of fear. Shame on him! This is a great explanation of our two inner voices! Thanks for this, Janice!

Yes it is. I am now armed with additional questions and comments that I would use in that conversation if it were to happen today.

And not only that, but you have enabled others to be armed with questions as well!

My intuition is getting better as I'm aging. So there's that. I'm going to work on meditation, still a struggle unless I'm swimming or hiking.

I have trouble with meditation as well, mindfulness works a bit.

I'm testing north guided meditation. It hasn't worked yet. But there is hope for a breakthrough.
