
This, our third Pop-up discussion, provides another opportunity to connect and explore the concept of planning for healthy and happy aging. As we age, sharing ideas and information with others becomes increasingly important, and this platform allows us to voice our ideas and share tips on doing so.
If you read the newsletter, I assume that, like me, you’re interested in staying healthy and enjoying the rest of life to the fullest. Experience tells me it’s not as easy as it sounds, and I was wondering what steps you take or might suggest taking to support such a goal.
My aging well plan, which is likely to evolve and require adjustments over time, includes promoting wellness and well-being. That means taking care of my physical and emotional health - exercising, focusing on a healthy diet, setting myself up for success to the best of my ability, and finding ways to enjoy the journey along the way.
Ultimately, our choices determine our health and longevity. The good news is that we can take action today to help our progress, particularly if we have a plan in place.
