As a health and wellness coach, I can appreciate the importance of having a growth mindset in making and achieving goals. I agree we must be aware of the mindset lens through which we're viewing ourselves and our experiences. I look forward to reading more about your journey.
Hi Paolo, That is so important! For me, it is allowing myself to be wrong, learning, and reframing my perspectives. I often don't do or try because I might be wrong.
I love the idea that one can develop a growth mindset. I had never heard of these two types of mindset. What one’s mindset is, sounds helpful to introspect about. Sometimes it’s too easy to limit oneself starting in one’s own mindset. My growth mindset will be a work in progress too!
Hi Karen, I hadn't realized it either until a couple of years ago - and I knew I wanted to follow the growth mindset path. It was freeing to could still learn and grow at my age.
Developing a growth mindset is a work in progress as I figure out who and what I want to be at this stage in my life.
In having a growth mindset; life is always exciting and new. ❤️ stay young, curious, hungry and open 👐
Thank you, Janice. I will check out these articles later today. They sound very helpful. Happy Easter to you. Sharron

I'm happy to be here! Let's keep growing by keeping a beginners mind. Learning from being wrong and reframing our perspectives ❤️
