Developing a growth mindset is a work in progress as I figure out who and what I want to be at this stage in my life.

As a health and wellness coach, I can appreciate the importance of having a growth mindset in making and achieving goals. I agree we must be aware of the mindset lens through which we're viewing ourselves and our experiences. I look forward to reading more about your journey.

I love the idea that one can develop a growth mindset. I had never heard of these two types of mindset. What one’s mindset is, sounds helpful to introspect about. Sometimes it’s too easy to limit oneself starting in one’s own mindset. My growth mindset will be a work in progress too!
