Janice, your post really spoke to me. I've been trying to choose longevity over fear. I never regret it when I do. I'm so happy you went to Yosemite!

Good for you, Janice. It sounds like you said "yes" to a wonderful experience! My middle name is Stickinthemud. I never want to go anywhere any more. I can learn so much from you.

Ah, but Sharron, You have so many wonderful travels and adventures in your book of memories. I know the feeling of not wanting to go anywhere. Me, myself, and I have to have long talks when I do say yes.

Good on you Janice. I hiked Yosemite many years ago and loved it so much. I would love to go back again.

It is a magnificent place, for sure. I have been there several times. I have a picture of my most memorable visit, I was sitting on a rock and looked behind me to see a bear cub.

It always amazes me how quickly our brains come up with many ideas that have nothing to do with our conscious goals. I am getting better at letting them pass on by and start thinking my positive affirmations and thoughts that push me forward into growth. What a wonderful day you had collecting precious memories.
