Another fine article for us. Thank you Janice. I embarked two weeks ago on a plant-based diet and it is going well ( except for my bit of milk... sigh). These old arthritic joints do not want to move, but I am practicing Tai Chi - slowly, carefully twice a day, and doing stretches and so far I am still on my feet. Ha Ha Ha. One day at a time, right?

Good for you - a plant-based diet and tai-chi. I know what you mean about the joints, it's my knees. . . . I do stretches and walk daily. One day at a time, for sure.
