I stopped looking at social media when my fatigue was at it's worst. I didn't want to see all the things other people were doing when I couldn't. Haven't gone back to it and don't miss it 😊

I have never heard FOMO used in this context. Interesting! I DO know a lot of our children sleep with their phone and check it all night long because of FOMO. It is epidemic and they are losing sleep -- and worse. Thanks for sharing FOMO examples for older people, Janice.

Age has erased any FOMO I experienced in the past. Now I have JOMO, the joy of missing out. I do the things I really enjoy and am happy to let the other stuff go.
